Confident people always manage to move smoothly and graciously. They do not wave their arms around in the air as if they are drowning. Their movements are measured. Start practicing moving like this and soon it will become second nature. Take a look around you at others who are worse off than yourself. This may be either physically or financially. You should be happy with your life and if you are not, change those things that upset you. Inner happiness in a person really shines through. Others will never find you attractive until you can be happy within yourself. Inner happiness and projecting self confidence are magnetic qualities for attracting others.
